This will be my first post. I have started to believe in myself. That I can get through anything, since i have to suffer every single day with Celiac.
Something so beautiful as a donut with sprinkles, a freshly baked glistening frosted donut, can do so much harm inside the body. It’s mind over matter and I’m here to encourage those who feel like they can’t get through it.
I haven’t always had this terrible curse of Celiac, I knew the good life before gluten turned against me, six simple years ago. White Bread, Yellow Cake, Blueberry Muffins, all the colors that now blur together to make the dreaded gluten-free loaf of brick that they call “sandwich bread”.
Thou Shalt Not Fear, there is hope in sight..It’s not all cardboard bread, chewy pizza crust, or cookies that turn into powder with every bite.
Whether you are new to this dietary restriction, or a gluten-to-punishment (please excuse the pun), I’ve got the tips, tricks, encouraging words, and recipes for the every day gluten intolerant / celiac slave. We no longer have to be so restricted, sad, and hopeless.
